一個很棒的放鬆和享受沙漠綠洲中設置的
綠洲精品酒店是一個很大的項目的開始到整個社區構建了一個別墅,學校,和其他的地方。 有很多的小標出來都是和一個很大的項目是在酒店前臺。 酒店有可愛的房間都面對着一個大內院有一個豪華的泳池,噴泉,和棕櫚樹 - 像一個真正的綠洲。 一家意大利餐廳是一個不錯的補充與一組菜單點菜和一個披薩。 工作人員都很年輕和渴望學習。

not listening; food that leaves something to be desired
poor quality service,, not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel; that products keep at breakfast and that cold dishes... personal, especially administrative not up to standard; not listening...I recommend not

Nice setting but...
The setting of the hotel is pleasant and the rooms tasteful but the compliments stop there because the services are not up to the 4 stars. The reception is not suitable, nobody to help get the luggage out of the car, the reception tries to make sure that the booking reservation is not valid, by adding fees. All this knowing that the offer is not bloated so we are obliged to stay. Staff are almost absent from this deserted space. Breakfast is at least the offer, quality and cleanliness of the place leaves to be desired. In short, you will understand that this is the only hotel of this range so not too much choice. The receptionist forced us to cancel the Resa booking in order to offer us her formula, saying the two rooms reserved were for two people and not 4. The filthiness of the breakfast room is not acceptable. I don’t think I’ll stop there again unless constrained

Very good hotel
Very good luxury hotel in Guelmin, the gateway to the Sahara. Large comfortable rooms all with balconies overlooking the central pool area.
The restaurant was simple but adequate and the complimentary breakfast was very good, apart from the awful coffee.

Happy
Everything has surprised us for the better. The staff is very willing to serve you as best as possible, in no hotel have they picked up our room like they have done in this one, and the food was very delicious, everything was clean and very quiet, we are happy and we will return.
