Exceptional stay
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was an absolute highlight. I started with the crispy soft-shell crab, followed by a perfectly cooked lamb shoulder, and ended with a delicious saffron cheesecake. Paired with a refreshing cocktail, it was a meal to remember.

No Shower in the Morning
When my husband went down to settle the bill he was told that it wasn't there fault there was no water, but it wasn't our fault either, no sorry about that here's breakfast on us or coffee or a discount, we pay dearly to stay here because we enjoy it and is close to everything we like about New Plymouth.
We also chose not to have our room serviced to save costs but no mention of that either.
Everything else with our stay was fine, we have stayed a few times now & will be back.

No Parking
The room was ok but the parking was a deal breaker for us it added unnecessary stress to an otherwise peaceful holiday.
