The one lady that was on day shift helped us get a different room because my wife has asthma so we were moved to a very nice room in the main building.

Very old Hotel. We had an apartment in a building opposite to the main house on a hill. No luggage bring service. No weather protection. How do they handle handicap guests?
Bathroom smelly with mould in the corners. Wind blow everywhere through.
Buildings need urgently full renovation.

Location is the best on Porto Santo island. The apartment is showing it's age. The view is fantastic. Staff was great.

Lovely location with a great beach at the back of the hotel. The hotel rooms need to be updated and found the bar area to be quite small for a large hotel, not enough seating area. Food was lovely and staff very friendly.
