This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of QAR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Infinity pool maintenance work will be carried out until March 31, 2025. We would like to inform all of our valued guests that our food & beverage operations will be operating with limited services during the Holy Month of Ramadan from March 1st until March 31st. Isaan, Biscotti, Dunes, Monkey Tale, and Beach Bar will be closed for the entire duration. Grand Club Services will be held at Rocca from 12:00 to 22:30. Santa Monica Breakfast Club: Breakfast – 06:30 until 11:00, Lunch – Closed, Iftar – until 20:00 and Sohour from 21:00 until 01:00. In accordance with local customs and guidelines, no restaurants will serve alcohol throughout the holy month of Ramadan. As per the State of Qatar, all occupants will be required to present their national identification cards or passports upon check-in to gain access. Please be informed that parties and/or loud music are strictly prohibited in our villas. Additional age restrictions and refundable security deposits may also apply. Guests are considered children between the ages of 0 and 12. Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and will be subject to adult pricing.
