Does not correspond to a hotel 4 stars basic room austere breakfast 1 single elevator
The simple rooms, no glasses..
Low quality austere breakfast
1 single elevator is the worst situation, we bequeathed 20 people of the tour group all with our bags we waited a long time to use the only elevator that to top it off was small, only 2 or 3 people with their bags .. the right rest friendly and correct cleaning

Agrademos que hayas dedicado tiempo a valorar su estancia en nuestro hotel, lamentamos que no llegásemos a las expectativas esperadas por usted, hemos investigado el caso ya que nuestras instalaciones cuentan con todos los servicios de un 4 estrellas, encaso de que le faltase cualquier amenities o accesorio en la habitación nuestros compañer@s de recepción estarán encantados de facilitárselos.

Nice hotel but a bit off from city centre
Breakfast is simple but has the basics.
environment is quiet. There's nothing much to eat ard the area. There's a mcdonald's and a restaurant that serves yummy buffet.
Abt 10-12mins walk away from nearest metro.
The walk can be a bit quiet at night.
