You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. - The first pet is free, from the second (maximum 2), you have to pay a supplement of € 25 per stay. - Any incident that is caused by the guest and requires support, outside of in-person work hours from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person providing assistance. - Smoking or having parties will be grounds for immediate expulsion and have a fine of €99. - Loss of the key has a penalty of €49. - If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside, it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest. - Any damage or breakage made by guests will be paid for by them.
