The location is great just 4 min away from MRT Zongshan elementary school. Food can be reached via doorstep. Room was superb and spacious. Downside is the room quite smelly. The mattress is at comfort level, nice sleep.

The laundry machine built into the the family room is acting terrible, we tried whole day to fix the dryer wasted entire afternoon still not able to try the clothes. The old parents waited whole night unable to sleep well and started getting sick.
We called the service to come fix and try the dryer machine again however still not working. We have to hang the clothes in the warm room in the hope the clothes will dry overnight.
The hotel hosts many guests should have couple of back up individual dryer in case the room washers/ dryer machine breaks.

This place is awesome. Sad I only booked it for one night. Multiple rooms, outdoor balconies! Ye, plural.

Traveled with a young toddler, asked for a crib, though the hotel forgot to set up, but quickly fixed the problem. Great location with the night market street nearby, for places on the 4th floor, kinda noisy at night, other than that, room is spacious and staff was friendly.
