The hotel's room is comfortable : there is an air conditioner that works very well. Every thing is clean especially the toilets. The bed is smooth and the T.V is interesting to watch. What I liked mostly about the hotel is their hospitality and service. A good place to stay in Dar Es Salaam. ❤❤❤

The staff were nice that’s about the only good thing to say of this hotel. The electricity keep shutting off the whole time I was there and they couldn’t keep the generator running. The WiFi was also very bad. Room AC old and barely worked. Nor did ceiling fan work. No regular TV but they did have smart TV to watch YOUTUBE or NETFLIX. Buffet breakfast a 4 out of 10. Location is a bit far from town but UBER works there. $20 per night so I guess I got what I paid for!

I had booked a double room for 2 people, and they disagreed with my booking and we were installed at an individual room. We claimed back and after insisting they provided us with extra towel and water, but didn't change us the room. We were leaving early in the morning and even though we asked for just some bread, they told us that breakfast was not due until 7am, so we had to leave with nothing

The place is good for relaxing,there is peace,their breakfast is buffer,their rooms are clean,the staff provide good service ,All the units are good in providing good service,they care about their customer, their internet is fast,their rooms are full air condition

Descent with good rates - Great for short trips

Looking for a place to stay around the university of Dar es Salaam and you don’t mind the neighborhood. This hotel will work for you. It is organized, has helpful staff and generally hospitality. But I would not stay here longer especially in the rooms. Despite the working air cons, it feels a little stuffy.
There is WiFi though the connection is better at the restaurant. The rooms don’t have good connection. Well maybe it was the suite I stayed in. Which was decently priced. See photos.
Overall, if you just want a descent place to sleep and head out during day. It works perfectly. Plus they were very responsive to my email inquiries and organized airport pick. Very helpful staff.
