I want to stay again.

It was awesome to see how clean and warm everyone was. We were also happy to use the shower and sauna at the spa pool and gym.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sivatel Bangkok Hotel from March 17th to 20th, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our family room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our trip. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shopping and sightseeing opportunities nearby.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Ms. Prissy. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile, and offered great recommendations on where to shop and places to visit within walking distance. Her friendly and bubbly nature made us feel right at home.
We highly recommend Sivatel Bangkok Hotel for anyone visiting the city. The combination of excellent service, fantastic location, and comfortable accommodations made our stay memorable. We look forward to coming back!

Very clean although some common areas of the hotel appear dated. I had no hot water for the shower, but the tub and sink were ok. Breakfast is not as comprehensive as other 5* hotels. Check in was somewhat slower than others, and little introduction to the facilities. Spa was under renovation so I only found that out walking there. Dining facilities seemed overall disappointing.

My favorite in bkk, staying in sivatel every time I visit bkk, great location, outstanding services, very butifful building and rooms, nice breakfast and service, highly recommended as the staff make everything to make you happy and satisfied.

Exceptional Service

This hotel has exceptional service and staff was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. The warm smiles from their cleaners, the reception staff to the business lobby staff who greets you each time was appreciated. Room was spacious and quiet and the hotel location is close to everything. Their breakfast buffet was good and staff was also very friendly and service was top notch. No complaints and highly recommended.
