Best chilled week away!

OK 2 bad bits!
1..... yes the hotel definitely needs modernising and a refurb!
2..... as a couple who are none smokers upon arrival the smell of smoke and stale smoke is awful. Definitely needs to be no smoking inside!!
Now the good bits..... granted not a 4☆ but our room was cleaned daily, food was edible even for the fussiest eater(me!). The animation/entertainment team seemed to be doing the best entertaining everyone.
Can't speak for the alcohol as I personally do not drink alcohol but my husband said it was fine....did the job!
Sunbeds.....plenty! Always somewhere to bathe!
Staff were friendly even if you dont tip, staff are still friendly & helpful, never encountered any rude staff what so ever.
But for me and my husband this hotel was great for what we wanted & needed and at a fabulous price it's a 5 from us! Definitely would go back!
My top tip......definitely pay the extra for SeaView room it's so worth it!

Roomservice animators
Worst hotel ever seen. Some comments will also be removed here. Wink to Rico and Nadhem the 2 animators who are very active in the rooms at night. Special room service. The food is ineatable. No place at pool and beach.

At sea at the end of the season
Good hotel by the sea, close to the airport, quickly reached by transfer. To visit the area, there are taxis in front of the hotel or very cheap buses to Sousse or Monastir. The bus station is right in front of the hotel.
About the hotel Good to very good, good price for a holiday at the end of the season. A very big hotel, good food, swimming pool, there is also an indoor pool.
Totally satisfied.

Horrible.
A catastrophic, dirty and poorly maintained hotel. The buffets are not stocked, there is not enough for the number of travelers.
The rooms are outdated like the hotel amenities.
A lack of hygiene in all parts of the hotel.
Questionable commercial techniques.

Very Bad Experience
Very bad experience with animator Rico. He deliberately chooses single women to make them pay for him. Either for clothes, drinks, telephone. He will also make you believe that he has personal problems so that you also give money for a lawyer. When he sees that he can't get anything anymore, he will tell you that love is over.
