"We stayed ( me and my 2 kids) at Rumi Hotel for 4 days and had a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any issue. The breakfast was excellent, offering a diverse and delicious selection. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Mevlana Museum, Konya Panorama, and other attractions, with transportation options only 2 minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Konya!"

Terible Experience avoid this Hotel
I had a very disappointing stay at the Rumi Hotel in Konya. I booked the ensuite twin room for four of us in advance for 3500 TL, but upon arrival, we were told that the ensuite twin room wasn’t available, and they gave us two separate rooms instead. The next morning, they informed me that they would charge us 5000 TL, which was completely unfair and I disagreed After raising my concerns with the manager, they eventually moved us to the ensuite twin room, but the air conditioning didn’t work, and it was unbearably hot. Despite calling twice, they couldn’t fix the AC, and instead, they brought a standing fan that stopped working in the middle of the night.
The following morning after telling them about the ac they said okay we will give you 2 smaller rooms. At checkout, they charged us extra for the two rooms when it was them that gave us the 2 rooms and they didn’t mention paying anything extra at the time. I had repeatedly asked them to fix the AC instead of giving us two rooms. When I pointed this out, they had no valid argument and simply shouted and charged me an extra 3500 TL on top of the actual bill which 17500 tl. The staff Members Murat was very rude and Ahmet the manager was dishonest. The only one person named Zafar, was vey good and helpful.rest of the helpers and non managerial workers were good as well.
