切爾滕納姆中心的一顆寶石
對我自己和我2歲的兒子來說，這是一個夢幻般的住宿-優質的服務，優雅的裝飾以及精心考慮的細節，例如華麗的洗護用品和豪華床上用品。提供優質旅行嬰兒床和床上用品。早餐很美味，選擇太多-優質的咖啡和新鮮的橙汁是一個真正的好處。優越的地理位置，距離市中心僅幾步之遙。以極低的價格承受的奢華。強烈推薦。

Quirky and delightful
I’ve stayed here several times in the last year - having discovered it by accident first and then intentionally booking it for both work and personal trips
The hotel is a short walk from the town centre and feels like luxurious quirky from the moment you arrive .
Rooms come in all shapes and sizes from cavernous to tiny - but each room has a lovely bed , a wardrobe and a safe . And gorgeous bathroom products
My only niggle is the lack of drawers for storage
Downstairs is the diner which does - for a fee - amazing hot breakfast - I recommend avocado eggs and their amazing shakshuka . If hot breakfast isn’t for you a continental breakfast stretches to overnight oats as well as pastries . And coffee on tap all day
Staff are lovely - nothing is too complicated for them to help with : from forgotten toothpaste to a restaurant reservation for a fussy vegetarian
Would I recommend : yes for solo and couple
Would I stay again : yes and have done ?
Copes with vegans and vegetarians ? Yes
Near town centre? Yes
Near train station - yes, walkable but taxi isn’t too expensive

Really disappointed. Check in man was very rude. We had booked the same room and the same way as our friends checking in at the same time but the man on reception insisted we pay a security deposit and was very rude about it but didn't ask the same of our friends. No explanation why.
Room was on the main stairwell so passing noise regular. Hoping for a nice lie in but we were woken at just before 8am by the fire alarm going off (we hadn't got in until 2am).

Very good experience, would recommend and return!
This was our second time staying at The George and again we were very happy with it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We went with two babies and requested cots and a ground floor room and that was all provided. The room was spacious and clean and, despite being on the ground floor and on the main road, it was perfectly quiet. The breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also very well located for Cheltenham town centre and easy access (at least by car) to the Cotswolds.

Beautiful hotel, great service from the moment we walked through the door. Great location, loads of parking and most importantly they loved having our little CockerPoo stay.
