Great value and amazing service!

Truly an exceptional stay - will be recommending to friends and family! The service was incredible - accommodated an early luggage drop off, had neighborhood recommendations, and brought water refills up to the room. Everyone will interacted with was top notch.

An outstanding experience from start to finish

We hired the whole of The Zetter to host 48 guests for our wedding on 8 March, and held a party in the cocktail bar in the evening. The rooms were quirky and cool, but functional and comfortable. The cocktails were fabulous and the finger food was delicious and creative. The Zetter team were professional but warm from the pre-planning phase right the way through to delivery on the day.
We all had a wonderful experience.

Avoid the buffet breakfast - terrible

The Zetter was comfortable, clean and similar to another one of their hotels we've stayed in. However, the buffet breakfast was just terrible. Cold greasy bacon, very limited amounts of items such as yoghurt, fruit and pastries. No drinks included in the buffet and a tea or coffee charged at £5 plus service. Avoid eating breakfast at the Zetter.
