Never ever again.

Absolutely shocking place. Paid for 2 bed bedroom, received a 3/4 bed, No additional bed available, no additional room available.
No hot water in the shower. Luke warm. Light fittings in the shower dangling down.
Although refunded. Staff had no idea
Never stay here, Many others complaining due to poor standard in other rooms whilst they are.

Disgusting behaviour

Disgusting behaviour, cancelling my booking with two days notice when I had made my booking well in advanced, absolutely destroyed my weekend plans and out of pocket with tickets to an event that I probably won't be able to attend. I would have been charged to cancel but clearly they can do what they like. Embarrassing company, no sign of even an explanation or an apology.

A nice stay

It was a comfortable stay. We visited restaurants and shops. The hotel took loads of precautions due to covid. Lovely breakfast with a pleasant chef. This hotel is situated in Nottingham town centre, so lots to see and do. Loads of nightclubs.
