Hotel staff were lovely, room was nice size and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean but in need of an update. The bar and restaurant next door was big and really nice and again the staff were lovely.
Had a good breakfast the next morning.

Sheets and pillow cases all thread bear. Towels covered in yellow stains and very old. Shower disgusting and filthy. Won’t be back.

Had to stay over in Warrington at shortish notice, found this place and it looked nice plus the price was quite low, I wondered what the catch was, there wasn't one.
It was fab all the staff were smiley and friendly ,the room was clean, the breakfast was great and it had parking!
Really close to the centre of things too. Would recommend and stay here again.

Receptionist told us there had been a leak in one of the rooms and she had moved everyone but theres room for everybody, the room we were getting 15 was not in use that day and might not have cuos and coffee, no appology , very basic info. The room was ok, dated bit scruffy but the bathroom was shocking, black mould round bath & on the ceiling, plug overflow fallen off and dirty, door frame and skirtings dirty and cracked. On checkout there was no one to complain to . Not worth £90.

Mouldy bathroom, Just generally run down and unkept. Fire alarm went off that disturbed sleep and there was a police incident shutting the dining options opposite . The Police incident couldn’t be helped but overall the property seems to have gone down hill quickly.
