Room and breakfast value for money. Full English breakfast was good, staff attentive when needed.
Be aware of the parking charge, dont think this is mentioned in the booking. 15 Pounds to park overnight. York is expensive for parking anyway.
Hotel and stay was great, im usually one to moan and pull my face. But i have to say, it was all good, thank you staff at the Pavillion. If i was to return to York, id definitely consider staying with you again.

Best Western was advertising on the radio as we drove to York saying they were giving free breakfast to guests, same receptionist said no when I asked & said you had to book direct with BW.
Our room, 27, was small & dingy, the window frames were filthy. Sunday morning we woke to no heating, freezing cold, tried to ring reception but the phone wasn't connected. Sent a message & a lovely lady brought 2 heaters.
Check out the receptionist didn't say had we had a good stay or anything, we gave her the questionnaire which was left in the room but she didn't bother looking at it.
Also this hotel does not have any designated Disabled Bays in the car park

There is a GBP 25 allowance per person per night in the restaurant, excluding drinks, for all half-board included bookings. Breakfast is available on arrival for GBP 15.95 per person, otherwise breakfast will be charged at GBP 19.95 if taken on the day. Meals are available from Monday to Saturday 12:00-20:45 in Langton's. The Sunday lunch menu is available every Sunday from 12:00-20:00 along with the daily specials.
