This by far is the best hotel around so clean and the staff is so friendly I enjoyed my stay immensely

Avoid at all costs!

Public Hair on a used piece of soap stuck on top of the refrigerator, tile fell off the wall, no drinking glasses, empty cabinets! Carpet stained all over, couch looked like a worn Petri dish! TV did not work, was told yeah that room does not get tv access however, you can go to the breaker box and try to reset it. I did not feel safe accessing the breaker box so we had no TV for three days. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive as well as the sales manager!!! The manager we asked to contact us never did!
We have spent so many nights in Hiltons and Homewood Suites due to business travel, we will be going back to Marriott!! This hotel could care less if they have return guests and offer no apologies for their horrendous service! A total waste of money!

Disappointing

If you want to be uncomfortable, then this is your place.
The only time time my husband and I sat on the sofa during our four day stay was when we initially checked in. We both sat down to see how it was. It was broken down and very uncomfortable.
The beds were very saggy; when I got up in the morning, my back ached.
The dining chairs were ok.
The carpeting seemed stained and dirty, but I guess that's what you get staying at a hotel that is pet friendly. But when I saw some strands of hair in one of the bathroom vanity drawers, I closed it and didn't use it.
All three treadmills in the fitness center were out of service. I was told new ones are ordered. If this is important to you (as it is for me), I would advise to ask about them before you book a room. I ended up walking all the floors and steps each morning in lieu of a treadmill.
The breakfast was typical of a hotel of this kind.

It didn’t seem to matter that I had booked a king room - they gave me one with two double beds and said that was all they had.

Decent stay with the family

The staff were very nice and courteous. I did not like the pillows (they were very flat) but otherwise loved my stay. The hot breakfast was decent, well attended, and clean. My family was in town for a wedding and we all agreed we would stay here again.
