Zeta Phi Beta Maryland Leadership Conference
The room still had the new scent, everything was clean, all the linen both bed and bath was luxurious. My only complaint is no creamer or sugar was in the room. The meeting room was not freezing like most other hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Totally perturbed
Had no hot water for the first day, coffee maker in the room did not work, and lost my view due to a mechanical issue on their part. Had to settle with view of rooftops and pigeons.
Elevators were nice and fast. Great convenience being near an outlet mall , Costco , Walmart, and Aldi

The deluxe king room was very nice, spacious, and the bathroom was gorgeous! Definitely felt a bit luxurious and more than what I paid for/was expecting. The water temperature was inconsistent - too hot (and only hot HOT water) for a full day. Very weird. The service by the front desk was less than desirable. They almost marked me a no show for not checking in at the time they expected - huh?? I wasn't told to check in at a certain time and I confirmed that I was coming. I was also charged a late checkout fee without disclosure because I left an item in my room and needed my key reactivated. There was ZERO flexibility by the staff. I've never experienced this before and I was not pleased with it.

Front Desk, Cheer Up!
Now I know why the word LIVE is attached to the name of this hotel. Upon entry, there is a restaraunt/bar and a lady was singing LIVE. Her voice was simply amazing! As we continued you on through the casino floor, we saw another group performing complete with saxaphonist. Wow! This place was very nice. The only thing that didnt match the festive atmosphere where the front desk personnel. We were not greeted with a smile or welcome. There were about 5 people up there. All stopped, looked, at us and waited for us to approach....but no smiles or welcoming gestures. On day 2, I went back to the front desk area. Same thing, they all looked up as I approached. I asked "do you all have microwaves?" She said "no". That's it. No, sorry, we do not. Or, perhaps, you would like to.... Instead. just a dry "no" with no facial expression. The next questions I had were made via phone call so I wouldnt have to see the miserable front desk staff. Yes, the front desk staff could definitely use a few tips on making guests feel welcomed.

Clean but needs remodeling in rooms.
Stayed here for business. The rooms were clean but could use repairs. Very noticeable cracks on floors and walls.
My company had delivered packages for the conference we were there for and no one there could figure out where the packages were. Even on the day of the event, my packages were late being delivered. Apparently someone from their warehouse staff misplaced the packages and relabeled not only our but 5 other exhibitor packages to be sent out to ship. Luckily someone caught it time before FedEx came to pick up.
This hassle made it very stressful for us.
Other than that, for casino hotel, good place to stay. Located next to a big mall.
