The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious ( 2 queen beds, desk and reading area. Lots of storage. Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

My son is in Grant hospital so I needed somewhere to stay close. Everything was good except parking and there was no remote to the TV.

After paying for parking, the only parking available was in a non connected overflow lot with many signs cautioning theft was possible.

Hotel was OK for an overnight stay. After paying $12 for parking & returning from Ballet, there was no parking. When inquiring at the desk. Was told there was additional parking at other locations nearby. This was never communicated upon checking in. We assumed the parking charge was for parking (although very limited) was for guaranteed parking in front of hotel. Nobody wants to park next door, behind the building or across the street in snowy, cold temps after assuming they would be parking at the hotel. Night attendant wasn’t very pleasant when expressed concern. Would have been nice to explain this upon checking. Additionally, only 1 very slow elevator was less than convenient.
