The stay was Amazing The room was clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast in the morning with lots of choices. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The only downfall was the Hot tub wasn't hot....it was barely warm... The jets felt amazing after such a long drive (5 hrs) I was really looking forward to a nice hot jacuzzi soak. But the water was barely warm so I cut that time short. The room shower was nice and hot . The hotel was quiet & very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The check-in process was very nice and easy. Receptionists were kind and friendly. Our room was very clean and I was surprised to see nice wood flooring, which was definitely a first for me in a hotel but it was much nicer than the dingy carpet you usually see in hotels. The breakfast was decent, typical for a “free hotel breakfast” there were plenty of options, something for everyone. There is many stores and restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. My only minor complaints were the carpet in the hallway outside our room had crumbs and was never cleaned the 2 nights we stayed there & the parking outside our outside entry door was always taken and I had to park around the building and walk further but again very minor. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely stay here again when I am visiting Fremont! The price was also very fair!

The young woman who checked us in was rude, sloppy, and not thorough. The room smelled awful, the bed was rock-hard, and the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe. In top of that, several of our family members, who also had rooms, found ants in their beds. I have come here a number of times over the years, as I have family that lives nearby, but the overall experience has deteriorated and I won’t be back.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. General cheap feeling, cheap fake wood floors with no carpet, soap dispenser in the shower just like a college dorm, pool was closed because someone shat in it, cockroach came out from behind the painting on the wall.
