The Colonial Estates were excellent. Nice cottages, modern and clean and very close to the beach area. Loved the sandy beach and firepits. staff was excellent, property beautiful and close to town

The only thing I would change about this property is a bit more soundproofing for the dual bungalows. Other than that, it was fantastic.

I wasn’t sure what to expect of this property and I was pleasantly surprised. We were warmly greeted with well landscaped grounds and easily checked in. Plenty of parking just outside our room (#9). The room itself was clean and comfortable. Microwave, sizable refrigerator with charcoal grills and picnic tables designated for the unit (not sure this is the case with the main house units). We had a little porch with a couple of chairs, perfect for morning coffee (there is a drip coffee maker in the room). There were comfortable chairs and tables by the water and the pool looked great although we didn’t use it. They have portable fire pits and we had a great fire going Friday night. Less than a 5 minute drive is a market, bakery, bagel store - alll very convenient. It has all the basics, we would stay here again.

The resort had everything we needed. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, spacey living room, close to the sea, playground for the kids, barbecue, pool, …
It was very quiet (except for one night at the Memorial‘s Day weekend) and with a rental car you can start wonderful day trips from there.
