Closet didn’t have a high hanging bar. Bottom of dress was on the floor.
Shower curtain was too short. Bathroom floor got wet.

The room and hotel were just fine. However, the bathroom floor did not appear to have been swept or mopped. There was hair on the floor, in the sink and in the shower. There also wasn’t a blanket for the pullout couch bed. We got in late and were only staying one night, so we didn’t request another room and just went on to bed.

The hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a handicap room that was a tub with a foldable bench seat instead of a walk-in shower. Also the room was on the top floor at the end of the hall farthest away from elevator. Not an issue for us but might be for some.

Hotel was clean and employees were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed.
Mattress was quite firm. Bathroom door was loose and did not close. Caulking in the bathroom was messy. Electric outlets in bedside lamps were warn out. Breakfast was a C- at best. Ropm 221

While the bed and the room provided a fine stay, the bathrooms in these hotels are woeful. The shower almost looked like it was in the process of being remodeled. There was nowhere to put soap or shampoo, the shower floor was disgusting and the water ran for 5 min on low pressure until it just stopped altogether. I asked for a different room on two separate occasions and was told no. They came to “fix” the shower once and it didn’t work. Otherwise was a solid place but they should invest in the bathrooms heavily.
