Strike two.

Room was dirty, outdated and very unappealing. Light fixtures missing, walls had chips and dings in them, walls were painted in a deep red and what looks to be painted 30 years ago. Overall a ln unattractive room. I think I was the only one on the 23 floor and felt very isolated.

Had a great stay only a bit noisy one night with outside noise. We stayed in a corner studio in the Gallery tower very comfortable room very clean and tidy I can really recommend this type of room. Pool area was buzzing on Saturday great vibe. Used self service check in, very easy but of course it doesn't give you any information like a person. Rewards desk not particularly helpful about the benefits of their card perhaps they need rotating to freshen it up! The $3 Hot dog & Beer is a great for soaking up the other beverages. Check out was friendly if you're looking for a great hotel downtown I would recommend the Grand.

Great experience! Would stay again!

This place is great! The staff is wonderful and treated us very well. The pillows are fluffy and the bed was so comfortable. Super clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time we’re in California. Kudos to housekeeping!!!!!!

Good TRIP, would recommend Hotel and Casino

Very nice rooms, Great service, Fun Casino. Pool area Excellent, with Great service, Great bar and restaurant at pool. Nice T.V. Screen to watch sports while in pool. Restaurant off Casino. Coffee Bar in Lobby. I used the Fitness Center, small but workable. I would recommend this Hotel for your stay in Vegas.
