I was also told that they are completely renovating the hotel from the top down, and once it is complete, everything will be updated.
I was there for 2 days and never got any room service, but I did get more clean towels when I asked for them.
The breakfast was pretty good, always fresh and hot and the variety wasn't too bad either.
I received excellent customer service during my stay and was offered a discount on my stay when I return...I would stay at this hotel again.

I really liked my room is very comfortable, I took a rich bath in the tub and enjoyed a good coffee
Very good service from the reception
The hotel design is very nice
It has very secure parking
The view through the window is very nice
