A peaceful night's rest clean rooms outside was clean u could not ask for the best staff I ever seen and they was not a

Much to my surprise I got a peaceful night's rest at The Red Roof Inn West in Kalamazoo Michigan. Normally I toss and turn throughout my stay but this time things were different and I was able to sleep and wakevupba freshen up nice and quite no fighting nothing

the whole place smelt like cigarettes, weed, mold, and the place was not clean. there were people yelling and being weird. enough to make you uncomfortable. would not recommend especially if you have children

Very disappointing I paid through Hotels.com and when I arrived I had to pay for room again. I want to be refunded my money please. How do I get this done?

Great stay

The staff here are absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean. I appreciated the entire seven days I was here also office staff is very helpful. The room had the fluffiest pillows and comfortable sleeping and at least the tv worked at this hotel Jessica and Amy are amazing and would love to come back!

I was very impressed. My stay exceeded my expectations. The lobby was very cleaned and smelled good. My room was a reflection of how the lobby area was maintained. The beds were comfortable. The room was needed for one night only and it was affordable. I will stay here again when I’m in town.
