沒有早餐，但是開車出去10分鐘有一些不錯的餐廳，開車去Bellaire 路中國城餐廳區15分鐘。有停車場，車位充足。位置有點，怎麼說，鄉下，出去外面是田野，接近自然，住著舒適。

I stayed for one night for a business trip. The check in was smooth and the front desk person was very nice. The room looked clean initially however the sink was covered in someone's shaved hair remanents and the sink was backed up within 15 seconds of the water running. I also discovered I had no towels in the bathroom (only hand towels) after getting out of the shower. The manager was apologetic and offered a discount next time but I won't be in the area again likely. Parking was easy and breakfast was good.

Unethical Business Practices

Do not leave or forget anything at this property. Your items will not be turned to Lost and Found. Make-up in a cosmetic bag was left and was not returned to Lost and Found. A black leather dress was left hanging in the closet, and it was not returned to Lost and Found. This hotel’s housekeeping and management has an issue with integrity. Gelvin, the manager calls corporate care and provides false information and he never responds to emails or returns the customer’s calls. These practices are a REAL shame. It’s unfortunate that you can’t return within three hours and expect that your forgotten items will be there. They never will, especially items of value. Looking on the camera is a waste of time, especially if housekeeping is going to hide the item in a bag or cart. I thought I was the only one that experienced this situation, until I read another review and our stories and frustration were similar.

Very friendly staff and fine room. There was a strange clicking sound that made it hard to stay asleep.

The a/c in my room did not work. It was set to the lowest temp in hopes it cooled down but it was very warm, musty, humid and the floors were sticky. It wasn’t a very comfortable stay. Likely won’t be back to this location.
