It as easy to access, close to everything I needed and pet friendly for my corgi! I'd stay here again and refer it to friends.

Tiny room and bathroom. Sheet vinyl floor. Medicine cabinet from 1972. Formica vanity. Toilet has a slow leak and has to refill. Property outside is unkept. Pile of old leaves from last Fall clustered under the outdoor table etc.
But you get what you pay for. If you just want cheap sleep, it works.

Best value for the dollar! We have paid alot more for much less. We have nothing to complain about. Thank you for a great stay.

Moderately clean place for being dated. As seen in reviews, no on-site staff. Our room didn't have any soap (hand, bar, or shampoo), and some black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Staff dropped off 2 bars of soap while we were out for dinner.
Not terrible if you need a place on a budget, but we'd pony up a little extra cash for a nicer place next time we need a roof in Moab.

Property did not meet expectations according to reviews read online. Property was run down and could be cleaner. Beds were comfortable. Price was ok but disappointed in property. Would not stay there again. Would look for another budget friendly property
