It was a great hotel fr the price

Very clean rooms. The staff was great. They were very nice and able to get us a first floor room. There is no elevator for the second floor. The breakfadt was very good. There were homemade waffles. They had snacks available. The wifi was very good. It was nice to have the sink outside of the toilet and shower

Motel Not Hotel Beware

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I reserved a King suite for Valentine’s Day ( 1 night) and we were met with roaches! My fiancé asked for an extra pillow and blanket for our 1 year old son and the staff over laundry I’m guessing, met my fiancé over the phone with an attitude and asked her “ why didn’t you ask for this when you checked in?” Terrible customer service. The next morning we go down for breakfast, I’m making a waffle and the manager or managers wife is stalking me the whole time watching my every move that I make. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. As we are walking towards the exit to go to our room to eat, she stops us and says” no eating in the room.” As if we haven’t been already eating in our room anyway! RIDICULOUS. Finally we check out eager to get the heck up out of there. The next day my bank account is debited for $174 for a pack and play that’s free during your stay! When I called the receptionist Jenny, I asked why my account was debited $174 when I booked through Expedia and let her know I had paid my $82 already and was given my $100 cash deposit back, she says “we have had a couple of our pack and plays stolen”. I said to her, when the guy at the front desk checked us out, he went to our room and everything was still there and the room was ok, that’s why my cash deposit was given back. I also asked why didn’t I get a call to ask or notify me if it was missing?? Her response was “ because the owner runs his business how he wants and ask questions later.” She refunded me my money back and we will NEVER be back! If a place is discounted cheap and has 2 stars, STAY AWAY!!!

Someone stole my card information during this stay. Other than that most of the things were nice. The shower was weird tho

Unsatisfactory

The bathroom, lights, light switches, floors were filthy. We chose to not shower there and went on to our next hotel. I was so disappointed. Breakfast was waffles and kids yogurts with a verbal request not to take my juice to my room. Whatever. They have no worries of my stopping there again. 2 rooms by the way

Room was very dirty, the property was outdated, rooms are conjoined with no type of sound proofing. Mattresses had deep dips in them. Ended up not staying at all left within an hour.
