Welcomed & Relieved

Jimmy R was the most helpful staff member in there. He made me feel super welcomed and took out experience to the next level. We got there super early from out flight and he made sure we got to our room smoothly and didn't have to wait around in the city with all our lougage.

Great place to stay

It was such a nice and beautiful hotel. They have a great sushi restaurant and a lounge on the 7th floor. We were situated on the 15th floor and couldn't hear a thing. Had a great time. Location is close to alot of restaurants. I found parking across the street or like 2 blocks away to leave over night. Wasn't an issue for me

A Birthday I’ll Never Forget

This was truly the most unforgettable hotel experience of my life! I was spending my birthday alone this year, but thanks to Jimmy at the front desk, it turned into the best birthday I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, he was soo kind, welcoming, and went super out of his way to make me feel special and not alone. His warmth and generosity turned what could have been a lonely night into a memory I will cherish forever.
And then… the penthouse suite. I have lived in NYC for years, and have never ever seen a view like this, two floors, the biggest balcony I’ve ever seen, floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the entire skyline. The suite itself was so luxurious, the 2 most stunning living space to the 3 bathrooms I’ve ever seen, the main one with a chandelier, a soaking tub, and the kind of elegance I’ve only seen in movies, it was beautiful.
To top it all off, I was surprised with champagne and a handwritten birthday card, such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly celebrated by some of the staff who were all so incredibly sweet.
If you’re looking for a stay that is luxurious, breathtaking, and filled with top-tier hospitality, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The penthouse suite is an absolute must for anyone who wants to experience the best of the city, and Jimmy, I’ll never be able to thank you enough for making my birthday so incredibly special. I will never forget this stay, and I will absolutely be back!

Great!!!

Very relaxing. nice atmoshpere. i would certainly return for another visit with friends and family. Also liked the location of the hotel. very convenient to get places in the area. Next time I'd love to try out restuarant on the second floor.
