This is my second time staying at a Sounders location and they are simply amazing. So clean with all the amenities we needed. I should have downloaded the app sooner and read up on what I didn’t need to bring, this is much much better than renting a hotel room as it had a full size fridge and basically a small apartment/condo. The location is central to so much. It’s a very beautiful area. The instructions to get in were very clear down to the parking. Highly recommend

Of course, being a traveler new to the area, I did not know there was a nightclub next-door. I should have realized something was up when I saw two sets of earplugs on the nightstand when I first came into the apartment. The music was so loud and vibrated the entire building. I even heard it with my earplugs in. It was impossible to sleep until 2 AM after the club shut down.

Well-designed shipping container vacation rental

My family and I stayed at the 2 bedroom 2 bath - 2 story - shipping container room at Sonder Ida and it was incredible! The coolest vacation room we have ever booked. Not only was the place excellent but it is in the arts district with tons of nightlife around! You don't need to leave this neighborhood on your weekend trip to Phoenix.

If I could give zero stars I would. The stay accommodation was filthy. There was dust everywhere. That was dragged onto the bed. I found various pieces of trash along the bedside, to include but not limited to, band-aids and an acrylic nail. In addition, the bath soap was no better than diluted Dial, and don’t even get me started on the toilet paper. It was basically gift tissue paper, but instead feeling elated to have received a present, all it did was scratch my ass. The third offense has to be the insufferable clamor of the outside world. Much like the toilet paper, the walls were also paper thin It was so loud that it was difficult to find sleep most nights.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know. 0/10

This is ridiculous I didn’t even get to stay ! They cancelled my reservation after I went thru their verification process and taking my money I’m furious I would never recommend any Sonder properties!
