Stained sheets / mold/ plugs not working and facets not functioning properly.

The staff was friendly and came down to assist us with a TV Remote that housekeeping failed to have ready for use. We shared our concern and "fix" for the heating system (a fellow traveler was an HVAC guy for 53 years), yet we are unsure if the word will get to the owner by the front desk.
As it was a holiday weekend, we were unable to give Mykel's, their in-building restaurant, a try.
