糟糕的接待和管理
我和我的妻子提早上班，一起享受早晨的咖啡和安靜的放鬆時間。在酒店的露台上進行約7天的工作後，正在培訓新夜班員工的經理McKenzie跟著我和我的妻子來到露台。她開始像孩子們一樣責罵我們，並告訴我們由於門關了，我們不能離開那裡。我解釋了裡面的標誌，指出游泳池已關閉，並且在我們檢查入住設施之前，我們已經對設施進行了明確說明，我們可以隨時使用露台，如果房間被鎖，則可以使用房間的鑰匙。我解釋說我不明白為什麼今天與今天不同。一旦我對她的徽章感到沮喪，她就會對我們變得被動。我說過，我不會帶著妻子和她在該地區推薦的無家可歸者和其他不愉快人物一起帶到停車場。我解釋說酒店沒有保安人員或照相機，我們的安全應該是酒店的關注點。

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. As we have previously discussed, I apologize if our hotel policies were not clearly communicated and we have since addressed this with our team. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable stay for all guests; as our patio area is adjacent to some of our guest rooms, we need to keep this area closed at night. We welcome guests to use of the outdoor area at the entrance to the hotel where we have seating available in a well lit area that is away from guest rooms. Our location in a corporate office park is ideal for a quiet stay and we hope you will give us another opportunity next time you are in Tampa.
